The Forgeline MLT3 Heritage Series wheel borrows strong styling references from the Minilite Trans Am wheels, of the late 1960s & early 1970s. But unlike its predecessor, the MLT3 is a modern 3-piece wheel that is manufactured from fully forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers using the latest engineering and manufacturing technology. With eight 3D-machined semi-rounded spokes for a retro look, the MLT3 harks back to the golden age of racing, while delivering modern technology and performance.
The MLT3 is built with true forged 6061-T6 aluminum centers, aircraft-quality ARP stainless steel hidden fasteners, and heat-treated rim sections. Forgeline uses a very complex and resource-intensive machining process to 3D machine each of the MLT3's semi-rounded spokes. The MLT3 is available with a stepped lip standard outer in 18-inch, 19-inch, and 20-inch fitments and features a standard powder coated center finish with a polished outer rim. But since each wheel is custom built-to-order, Forgeline also offers special features like custom offsets, center locking hubs, and virtually unlimited finish combinations.
