Description

A complete twin turbo package for the 2023-2026 Corvette Z06 (LT6, DCT). Turnkey. The kit, the install, and the calibration, all done in-house at our Cumming, GA facility. Stage 1 is built to a 800+ target on the stock long block, street-driven on 93 octane.

The system is built to fit the Z06 the way it should. Air-to-water charge cooling with a frunk-mounted ice tank keeps intake temps flat through repeated street pulls, so the car makes the same power on the third run as it did on the first. Full 3" downpipes exit right through the factory Z06 center tips. Nothing hacked in, nothing hanging where it shouldn't.

What's in the kit:

  • Garrett G35-990 turbochargers with oiling
  • Air-to-water intercooler (airbox location) with twin front-bumper heat exchangers
  • Frunk shallow ice tank with pump, harness, and top plate
  • 2000 pump, internally mounted, with electronic drain valve and wiring harness
  • All 12AN pre-built hoses and fittings for the A2W plumbing
  • HS44v2 wastegates
  • HS50v2 BOV
  • Water cooling setup for the turbochargers
  • Heat-shielded stainless hot-side tubes
  • Aluminum cold-side tubing
  • Full 3" downpipes, H-piped, heat-shielded, stainless, built to fit the Z06 center exit

What the package covers:

  • Complete professional installation of every item listed
  • Custom calibration on GM Global B, calibrated with HP Tuners (street and DynoJet dyno)
  • ECU and TCM unlock, neural network tokens, and ECU credits
  • GM 3 Bar MAP sensor
  • Full fluid service (Driven DI50, AC Delco filter, GM Dexcool)
  • Dyno time and a 93 octane fill to finish
